Terms and conditions apply to booking tickets / places via the internet
Art.1 These general terms and conditions govern the use of the www.jazz.be website and apply to any offer or agreement relating to the products or services sold by Jazz.be. A deviation from this can only be agreed in writing. Even in the event of such a written deviation, these general terms and conditions will at least retain their additional effect for all aspects that are not expressly arranged otherwise in writing.
Jazz.be reserves the right to change these conditions if necessary and therefore advises you to regularly check these conditions on the website for any changes. Obviously, any change will not affect the product or service you have purchased.
Art.2 All offers and quotations of Jazz.be, in whatever form, are without obligation unless the offer includes a term for acceptance. The products as offered in the web shop are available while supplies last.
Are you a consumer? Then you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days, without giving reasons, in accordance with the instructions that can be consulted on the website of the FPS Economy (insert link: https://economie.fgov.be / en / themes / consumer protection / enforcing your rights / canceling your purchases / canceling a purchase / when-you-have-a-legal / exercising your right of withdrawal). As a consumer, you can use the model withdrawal form provided via the link for withdrawal. The use of this form is not an obligation. Your reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the confirmation of your order. The consumer bears the costs for the possible return of the products. The right of withdrawal is not open to professional customers.
Art.4 The price stated on the website with the final bill is determined and payable in euros and includes VAT and other government levies, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The customer must transfer this price to Jazz.be through the options offered during the online ordering process,
The customer is in any case and solely responsible for the correct and complete execution of the payment and all other data associated with this purchase, such as, among other things, notification of an email address for sending the tickets.
Art.5 After receipt of payment, the customer will receive a link in time with a code to log in via the email address provided by the customer. This code serves as an entrance ticket to the event.
Art 6. Tickets will in no case be refunded, even if cancellation and / or force majeure or loss
Art.7 By booking tickets via the website and the data that the customer provides to the administrator and the organization, these can be used by the administrator or the organization for the sole purpose of informing the customer of new events . At any time, the customer can, on simple request, renounce this benefit and / or view and improve his data if desired. The organization does not sell personal information. The organization does not share personal information with third parties.

Art.8 If one of the General Terms and Conditions proves to be void or partly impracticable, the remaining General Terms and Conditions will not be affected by this and they will retain their full effect minus the disputed clauses insofar as this is possible. Parties undertake, in good faith, to negotiate a new clause that will reflect the intent of any invalid clause
Art.9 Any complaints must be sent by registered letter to the address of the organization referred to in Art. 3 within three (three) days after the fact that the object of the complaint has been established. 11 and must be fully motivated and provided with all necessary supporting documents. In the absence of this Jazz.be reserves the right not to handle the complaint.
Art.10 In the event of a dispute, only and exclusively the Courts of Ghent are competent, with a procedure in the Dutch language and only Belgian law applies, with the exception of the Vienna Sales Convention.
